Today, California Building Trades councils, unions, business agents, members, and apprentices should feel immense pride in what we all - working together with tenacious unity - accomplished at the polls Tuesday. To make this happen, our representatives and members had to take time from home and family, on evening phone banking and weekend precinct walking. This personal sacrifice made a difference on important issues from electing the President, to defeating Proposition 32, to supporting the Governor's efforts to fund schools and protect infrastructure funding.
