Erica Paul, MBA, LEED® AP BD+C, is a Worldwide Consultant who specializes in designing collaborative business solutions in areas of organizational development, marketing, training, and program planning. Erica seeks to work on challenging projects that focus on developing collaborative, custom, ethical, and dynamic solutions that will produce a positive impact on community, productivity, and profit.

Erica earned her Executive MBA from Santa Clara University, is a Certified Mediator in the state of CA, Certified Conflict Consultant, is an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer in OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Certification Classes, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and trained in Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Industry experience includes general and electrical commercial contracting, hospitality food and beverage, collegiate academics, labor union education, health and wellness, and multiple sectors in the nonprofit industry. 

Professional work experience includes: project management, estimating, recruiting, business development, client relations, event planning, programming, operations, logistics, global sustainability leader, curriculum development, training, and yoga practitioner.  

General and Electrical Commercial Construction experience project portfolio includes data centers, manufacturing plants, office space, medical office buildings, tenant improvements, and hotels.  

Erica has designed and facilitated educational workshops at national conferences such as NECA-National Electrical Contractors Association, International Women In The Trades, and Sister Spirit.  Academic facilitation and instruction include San Jose State University, San Jose City College, local labor unions, and incarcerated youth yoga and mentor programs for Santa Clara County. 

Curriculum Development areas of expertise include:  project management, contract management, conflict resolution, negotiation, presentation skills, LEED exam prep, Green Associate exam prep, green construction, OSHA 10 & 30-Hour, yoga workshops, and train the trainer programs.

International experience includes:  China, Hong Kong, Bali, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Chili, Mexico, Europe, and Canada.

Erica’s purpose is Helping Other People Excel through creating possibility and excellence. Erica’s diverse background enables her to provide clients and community with innovative and dynamic business solutions that integrate passion, growth, and change.

In her free time she teaches community yoga, enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, baking, snowboarding, and traveling.  Her specialty is double chocolate chocolate chip cookies and carrot cake.
