SBCTC ANTI-RECALL WORKSHOPS
Since July, over 4,100 leaders from more than 100 unions, the Democrat party, and community and environmental groups have participated in the SBCTC sponsored anti-recall workshops.
Polling shows a strong shift against the recall. Phone banks and precinct walks throughout the state report that 70% to 80% of Union and Democrat households oppose the recall with less than 9% in favor of the recall.
The workshops are for union members and their invited guests only. Make plans now to attend one of these events to prepare for the October 7, 2003 recall election.
The message is simple: "VOTE NO ON RECALL...period!"
